Vehicular Full‑Spectrum Cellular Electronic Fence
Multi‑carrier vehicle‑mounted cellular electronic fence, passively collects mobile subscriber IMSI identifiers without disrupting normal communications for law‑enforcement intelligence and population monitoring missions.
Overview
Vehicular Full‑Spectrum Cellular Electronic Fence. This multi‑carrier vehicular electronic fence supports 2G/3G/4G/5G full‑standard bands. It passively captures mobile phone IMSI identities within coverage area without interfering end‑user communication. Collected metadata including timestamp and geolocation are real‑time pushed to public‑security data platforms, supporting population flow analysis and target individual tracking. Supports vehicle‑mounted mobile patrol and fixed rack‑mount indoor deployment.
Work Principle
Passive IMSI Collection & Blacklist Matching Workflow. The system scans surrounding cellular environment and harvests subscriber identifiers of nearby mobile terminals. Captured records carry timestamp, device SN and GPS coordinates and upload to backend platform. Pre‑configured blacklist triggers alert upon matching detected IMSI. It can cooperate with direction‑finding hardware to achieve progressive approach positioning for target subjects. Terminals are transparently released without interrupting regular mobile‑phone services.
