Passive Sensing & Multi‑Node Co‑Tracking. The Passive Cellular Tracker receives existing cellular down‑link signals, applying TMSI signal‑energy analysis to detect target devices without transmitting any RF signals. Multiple vehicle‑borne and man‑pack receivers exchange tracking data via 433 MHz or IP link. The system locks target BTS parameters automatically, computes geolocation cooperatively and outputs results on the embedded GIS console.
