Passive Satellite Scout System (P‑SATS). A fully‑passive satellite‑link reconnaissance system for security‑agency intelligence missions. It passively receives and restores satellite‑communication signals, retrieving voice, SMS, fax and data payloads. It also collects terminal identifiers and GPS geolocation data to support criminal investigation and situational awareness.

Long‑Range Passive Reception Downlink detection up to 1000 km; uplink effective coverage reaches 10 km for satellite‑terminal signals.

Uplink and downlink antennas passively capture bidirectional satellite‑link signals without any RF transmission.

The system engine demodulates raw signals to restore voice, text and fax content, and parses terminal ID together with GPS location metadata.

Decoded intelligence is sent to the supervisory computer for real‑time monitoring, record storage and behavioural analysis.

Distributed multi‑node deployment for multi‑satellite‑network coverage. Field scout nodes collect L‑band signals and forward data via C‑band channels.
