Working Principle

Virtual BTS Neighbor‑Cell Emulation. The Portable IMSI&IMEI Catcher acts as a virtual base‑station to build a simulated neighbor cell. Nearby mobile phones including targets attach to this virtual cell, allowing the unit to extract IMSI and IMEI identifiers. Non‑target subscriber devices are immediately handed‑back to real operator BTS without causing regular‑user service interruption. Target devices can be locked and frequency‑redirected for continuous capture and geolocation processing.
